Hello readers
Hope you all are doing well.
“The moment
of crisis had come, and I must face it. My old fears, my diffidence, my
shyness, my hopeless sense of inferiority, must be conquered now and thrust
aside. If I failed now I should fail forever.”
― Daphne du Maurier, Rebecca

This blog for me is a long time subject on which I wanted to spill
some thoughts.
Our body is not what makes us who we are, the identity which
people think it's you is never the same from the day you were born until the
day you leave this body? Continue reading to understand why?
Our skin grows every month, hair and nails grow every day, your
intestinal epithelial tissue replaces each month, so the fact is that we are
particles which are always unstable and stabilize and again become volatile and
stable again.
Our body is seriously a super machine, which is one among the best
creation till now, according to me.
Let's look at our earth do you think it is unstable, definitely
not, our good old earth is rotating at a speed of 460 meters per second that is
roughly thousand miles per hour! Thanks to the gravitational forces created by
this rotation, we are all stuck to this earth.

Plants grow and one day becomes trees, in the process many leaves
of the trees shed and again grow with new hope.
Flowers blossom and bear fruit, and the siblings from this the enormous tree is born again which will be the future of the species, yet in
this life cycle of a tree, we can see there are many unstable stages, which
ultimately stabilizes only for a short while.
The above examples are telling us only universal truth, starting
from this earth ending to the tiniest being on this earth; we are all unstable
individuals just surviving on balancing acts to lead our small little lives
before we close the book one day.
So let us just enjoy life each day, make us not feel glum by
comparing ourselves with others, because what is given us to because we chose
it or we were destined for it.
I realized that I think there is nothing called as bad luck and
good luck, I think it is all about how we look at it! So even there your
stability counts!
The crux of the matter is that our mind is the most unstable in this world!
The day we come out of disabilities such as worrying, feeling afraid
to face people or a new environment, thinking that we are inferior or even more
worst getting trapped in the spell of ego, we have won the war within! That day
we will enjoy a stable mind still for a brief moment, which seldom is permanent
as it would take a lot of spiritual strength to attain this stage.
Let us all try to learn from Mother Nature to be stable and
forgiving!
Thanks a lot for your time, please let me know your comments.
Helios.
