Tussle- Story about a fight.

Hello Readers

I hope you all are doing great; it has been a long time since I wrote a blog, I have been a bit busy, but it is a great feeling to come back and write.

Who is the best teacher in the world available for you all the time in your life?

Let me know your answers in the comments section; for me, it is nature.

Undoubtedly, I was fortunate enough to meet some great teachers in my life, both during my education and in my career; it was a privilege to gain knowledge from them.

Yet, that one teacher who was there even before I knew what it meant to "learn" was nature.

Nature has all the qualities of a teacher. It teaches us the value of time, teaches us kindness and also its cruelty, and also shows us how to fight.

Fight, is it an essential thing in everybody's life? To begin with, is fighting a negative thing?

Fight or fighting becomes a negative thing if we associate that violence, but there is a way to look at the fight, which is valuable and productive to our lives.

For instance, let us compare success and failure; when you accept defeat, you have to bow your head and agree to the shortcoming of another person, so you have failed.

Success, you proved your worth, have overcome a few difficulties, and show that you can do it.

To succeed, we had to go through those difficulties and move on. Is that not a fight against the odds?

Take life and death; each day, your body fights with the microbial world that attacks you externally and internally and keeps you alive!

A spider survives a rainy night by balancing on its web the nest of an army ant that protects the queen.

Indeed life is a fight, and we survive every day; I think just being alive is excellent; there is no time to regret what we did not and did do right.

The key is to have the upper hand in life's challenges and be a fighter until the end.

The five elements of this earth and even the world itself fight to survive; imagine we are just a spec of material on this mighty earth; typically, the status quo is survival of the fittest, brightest, and the smartest!

So it should not come as a surprise to any of us that we have to fight for our survival.

This is life's truth: choose your path, choose a goal, and finally, FIGHT  for that goal until you reach there.

That is a good fight worth fighting for, my friend! And the only one which we should all consider.

Fight for your dreams, and your dreams will fight for you!

- Paulo Coelho – Brazlian lyrcist

I wish you all the best in pursuing your goals, wishing you a great life!

 Thanks for your time.

Helios.

Flash

Hello readers

I hope you all are doing well.

It's been quite some time since I wrote. I have been a little busy, but glad I could find the time to blog today.

Each day we pass, we become wise is an old proverb I used to hear from my teachers in school.

Do days shine?

Yes, they do; like people say, " this was such a dull day" similarly, there are days with a glow.

Shining days are one of the most brilliant experiences I have had in my life.

A shining day - my experience

It happened a few years ago in my career;

The day started dull, I missed the bus to work, so I had to wait another hour before I could get the next one and I reached work late.

It was a busy day in the office as we had many deliverables pending. Unfortunately, the absentees were also more than a typical day, so we had to do a multirole to finish the job.

With few people to support each other, we all worked as a team and could deliver all on time.

There was a surge of synergy evident, and we all sank at the moment.

I was delighted that I  got a boost of self-confidence and a check on my ability and how I handle stress.

On my way home, I chose public transport rather than office transport so that I could blog on my way back home it took two hours  to reach my place.

I got down at the bus stop, and started walking towards my home, on the way, ate some street food, and fed a few stray dogs.

Finally reached home late, only to see my dog jumping with joy to see me!

I realized a crux that day. I think it is all about how we look at life; days are the same. It depends on whether you want to make them shine; I  felt as if that day should not have ended.

The day was stressful with a little workforce to work; I missed my regular shuttle and reached the office late.

If you smile at life, it smiles back at you, there is a smile in all sorrows, and there is sorrow in all smiles, but what do we want to feel? It depends on what you choose.

I would say choose the smile, enjoy the situation, and that will be your first "Shining day."

Thanks for your time.

Have a great week ahead.

Life - An Epiphany

Hello Readers

I hope all of you are doing well today.

All my readers who are reading my blog since 2014 know that I start my blogs either in this hope of well-being or asking the question of wellness, interestingly I have received many responses from all you that asking this is a lovely way to start a blog.

Thank you for echoing my views about well-being guys because my intention of asking these two questions is the hope of well-being and a sense of assurance that this world is still is filled with a lot of joy and happiness, and it has to be that way!

Also a heads up my blogs are also live on medium.com the world’s biggest readers' community thanks for your support as always.

Okay, so this one is about experiences and what we can learn from them.

When you talk about this word experience, nowadays it kicks thoughts of paying for experiences, the hotels, the resorts, the amusement parks and so on. But, here the point of discussion is about our daily life experiences which define us!

All of us have gone through experiences  and are still going through and definitely will go through in future.

What is actually an experience? It is know-how which we all go through in different stages of your life, it starts with your first laugh, which is a magical experience to your parent, your first walk which is a great moment for both you and your caretakers.

The experiences follow without stopping and now when you are reading this blog, your mind is recalling the expertise which you had recently. According to perceptive psychology, the brain triggers thoughts on what you see or read as you read along that is how the doctors say, we learn!

Live through is the common synonym used for experience, it is a process which is never completed when you undergo something, and you have come out of it, the next page begins to evolve itself. Before you know, it labelled as a new perspicacity.

It is inevitable and not at all under our control of what all have we gone through in this small specks of hope, joy, sorrow, fear and confusion called life!

There is a thin line between life and bereavement, life gives enough chances before your thin line starts to crack. Do we take the opportunities and make this life meaningful or fall prey to both your mind and brain which play the games of joy, disappointment, ego, fear and expectations with you?

We all need to start reading books is what i feel, you will learn great things about life and I think books are the best source of knowledge I am pretty sure internet will reach there someday, but as of now it is books for sure.

We evolve each day, and it is a process the people around you will have their own expectations on you, but you move in your track and reach your destination, be a pioneer rather than an imitator.

The most important part: The reactions which are part of our lives which is the response to the stimuli.

I have had many ups and downs in my life I am frank and candid in agreeing on that, some repulsive ones and some not so ugly ones, my initial reactions to all those were just like any other, what the psychologists call the fight or flight response.

Fight response : Is when your brain thinks you are in a threat and dangerous situation, tries to make you feel secure and be defensive to the stimuli, this can be triggered by simple argument with your friend, colleague, family or some phenomenal event, once you win that argument your ego is enriched, and you feel superior.

Flight: Is Again when your brain thinks you are in grave danger and instructs you to run away from a situation without looking back and tries to pacify and also assure that what you have done is right, your body will be relaxed once you distance away from that situation.

I hope I did not off-track from the core discussion, but, I had to explain the above as this forms the basis of how we take experiences in life.

Suppose in an interview they ask you what is your experience you proudly answer, but do we know what that number means?

courtesy google images

It is not just those years, you punched on a payroll, it is those precious hours of work cycles you spent by contributing, sharing your emotions, happiness and sadness with all those people whom you worked with without even knowing that you did that! And your experiences is the sum total of all this.

When there is a tremor, everything on the land shakes and falls apart, but they grow back to what they were if they have given been enough, this is the law of nature.

So be ready for your next experience, enjoy it and learn and move forward, live this life to the fullest.

Life will give you whatever experience is the most for the evolution of your consciousness.
-Eckhart Tolle -A spiritual teacher

Experiences try to teach you a lot and always make you better, but do you have the acumen to tap those strings and understand the music of life ? is what you need to figure out, wishing you all the very best in your adventure and also wish you to come out of the meaningless curtain of stress your brain  created.

Life is definitely is an epiphany all through, but when do you understand this is the question.

Thanks for your time.
