Life - An Epiphany

Hello Readers

I hope all of you are doing well today.

All my readers who are reading my blog since 2014 know that I start my blogs either in this hope of well-being or asking the question of wellness, interestingly I have received many responses from all you that asking this is a lovely way to start a blog.

Thank you for echoing my views about well-being guys because my intention of asking these two questions is the hope of well-being and a sense of assurance that this world is still is filled with a lot of joy and happiness, and it has to be that way!

Also a heads up my blogs are also live on medium.com the world’s biggest readers' community thanks for your support as always.

Okay, so this one is about experiences and what we can learn from them.

When you talk about this word experience, nowadays it kicks thoughts of paying for experiences, the hotels, the resorts, the amusement parks and so on. But, here the point of discussion is about our daily life experiences which define us!

All of us have gone through experiences  and are still going through and definitely will go through in future.

What is actually an experience? It is know-how which we all go through in different stages of your life, it starts with your first laugh, which is a magical experience to your parent, your first walk which is a great moment for both you and your caretakers.

The experiences follow without stopping and now when you are reading this blog, your mind is recalling the expertise which you had recently. According to perceptive psychology, the brain triggers thoughts on what you see or read as you read along that is how the doctors say, we learn!

Live through is the common synonym used for experience, it is a process which is never completed when you undergo something, and you have come out of it, the next page begins to evolve itself. Before you know, it labelled as a new perspicacity.

It is inevitable and not at all under our control of what all have we gone through in this small specks of hope, joy, sorrow, fear and confusion called life!

There is a thin line between life and bereavement, life gives enough chances before your thin line starts to crack. Do we take the opportunities and make this life meaningful or fall prey to both your mind and brain which play the games of joy, disappointment, ego, fear and expectations with you?

We all need to start reading books is what i feel, you will learn great things about life and I think books are the best source of knowledge I am pretty sure internet will reach there someday, but as of now it is books for sure.

We evolve each day, and it is a process the people around you will have their own expectations on you, but you move in your track and reach your destination, be a pioneer rather than an imitator.

The most important part: The reactions which are part of our lives which is the response to the stimuli.

I have had many ups and downs in my life I am frank and candid in agreeing on that, some repulsive ones and some not so ugly ones, my initial reactions to all those were just like any other, what the psychologists call the fight or flight response.

Fight response : Is when your brain thinks you are in a threat and dangerous situation, tries to make you feel secure and be defensive to the stimuli, this can be triggered by simple argument with your friend, colleague, family or some phenomenal event, once you win that argument your ego is enriched, and you feel superior.

Flight: Is Again when your brain thinks you are in grave danger and instructs you to run away from a situation without looking back and tries to pacify and also assure that what you have done is right, your body will be relaxed once you distance away from that situation.

I hope I did not off-track from the core discussion, but, I had to explain the above as this forms the basis of how we take experiences in life.

Suppose in an interview they ask you what is your experience you proudly answer, but do we know what that number means?

It is not just those years, you punched on a payroll, it is those precious hours of work cycles you spent by contributing, sharing your emotions, happiness and sadness with all those people whom you worked with without even knowing that you did that! And your experiences is the sum total of all this.

When there is a tremor, everything on the land shakes and falls apart, but they grow back to what they were if they have given been enough, this is the law of nature.

So be ready for your next experience, enjoy it and learn and move forward, live this life to the fullest.

Life will give you whatever experience is the most for the evolution of your consciousness.
-Eckhart Tolle -A spiritual teacher

Experiences try to teach you a lot and always make you better, but do you have the acumen to tap those strings and understand the music of life ? is what you need to figure out, wishing you all the very best in your adventure and also wish you to come out of the meaningless curtain of stress your brain  created.

Life is definitely is an epiphany all through, but when do you understand this is the question.

Thanks for your time.
