Situations and solutions.

Hello readers

Hope you are all well.

The basic idea of governance, as I see it, is to hold the society together so that it can develop the society together so that it can develop and march towards certain goals. Those who govern must see how the people react to administration . Ultimately, the people are the final arbiters.

Situations, Life is all about situations, and how we handle them and sometimes handling them becomes very critical and essential.

If we foul up definitely there would be definitely a recursion, it just like the action and reaction law by Newton, and then you start troubleshooting that issue, well we can tell that this cycle continues in a person’s time for a long time.

Well if look at the number of situations we end up daily we can build up a gigantic database and write a program to answer how to tackle situations when posed a question to that server like you might have heard about the automatic artificial answering server developed by howstufworks.com

You think that would help people I would say yes, it does people to get some experiences or I can tell you a short-cut to that main road.

What about the learning? Yes you learn how someone else solved the issue and you will also implement the same and try to solve you own.

I want to tell all of you that the above method of looking at situation is not useful and the people who just try to get solutions from the problems of others , well  I feel the approach is not rational.

But we have heard this phrase “Learn from others mistakes” or learn from others experiences, in a way I can consider this statement because if you say you will understand everything from your own experiences it will take lot of your time and end your brief journey on earth abruptly.

But there are some stories which are not repetitive with you and others so you cannot depend on an artificial intelligence server or any other person on the planet to help you or you could replicate the solution last time.

So what would you do?

My suggestion is face it, you stumbled somewhere and took a wrong decision, strive hard to correct the track and come back on the right track. Never think OH! Last time I had asked my friend if this is possible to do which will correct my path, he said its bad, so let me quit, dear people your friend’s situation time and so many other factors were different when the same situation  he quit because he did not have the potential to correct his track, or some other reason I will never blame your friend . Well how does it matter to you? You create your own solution and come out of tunnel and see the bright light pf happiness.

So people, self-experimentation is the key, don’t always depend on others knowledge, try to gain more knowledge so that it will help you handle your situations and help you resolve them in the best way possible. It better to have knowledge on the issue you want to resolve rather than to depend on others knowledge.

Swami Vivekananda says " your mind has the power to solve any problem in this world, it only depends how well you train your mind to solve it."

Start your situational analysis, and be on top of it learning to solve your own problems instead of just trying to get solutions from others.

The society is welter, so always following the society may not be helpful. Try direct communication with people; try to avoid alley ways to reach the freeway!

Thanks for your time have a great Sunday ahead.

The Win-Lose Game.

Hello readers

How are you? good to be blogging again.

The essence of scientific spirit is to realize what a wonderful world it is that we live in.
-Sir C.V Raman.

Well how many of you have lost in life , yes I am talking about winning and losing and also losing opportunities that will pinch you and ask you that question why did I let it go?

Well sometimes I feel after losing something in life we gain lot knowledge about that we lost and also become wiser.I agree with you it may be late but still better late than never!

Seriously taking decisions in haste is seriously a waste.

I don't want to point fingers at others because even I have lost opportunities due to rash decisions, complexes and attitude at times; well I guess we all would have ended up in this situation.

Brain is the key. Our brain is the most complex organ which has taken millions of years to come to this level of intellect and maturity.

But it gets bored too early if you don't control it and wants to switch to something else, this is popularly called as monotony of the brain, I am sure you all would have observed this, we feel happy for the first time when we do something, the second time is also fine but going forward the level of excitement denigrates and finally there is a possibility that you lose interest in that activity that you started.

The reason why I spoke about boredom and brain feeling excited and all the things is that winning and losing depends on it, winners never quit and quitters never win is the famous quote we have heard and also have been quoting to others to motivate them.

But there are many situations where I feel we need that dose of motivation, because your brain is bored doing what you do always and is pushing you to get out of that or rather quit whatever you’re doing. Well I can say if you look from a bird’s eye view this is good, that is you doing something new is great.

You know what is the catch, the catch is that in the haste of changing that monotony you may stumble upon the high roots of the tree of life and may fall, or trip across the incorrect road which may lead you to a unknown town which may not be friendly.

There is good news and bad news for you here, well if the town works well for you, then your game but if it doesn’t well your situation may not be pleasant.

So how to lever such situations? Well I would like to say don’t end up in such a situation at first place but I am sure you will, so in that case we can consider this strategy is what I feel :when you want jump  from a high cliff make sure you are able to climb back, these include simple starting from selecting which road you choose to go to a place the easy road or the longest road, the job you chose years back and you quit that job in haste and repented later, to name them are more examples.

Finally we understand winning and losing actually doesn’t matter losing your boredom and winning that stresses is important.I believe in this principle very much: When you want to quit think why you started? that will refresh your memory.

All the best win only when needed other times win the situation don’t lose to your brain and be in that illusion that  you won! Read again and think again.

Thanks for your time have a nice week ahead.

First Aid.

Hello readers

Manpower without unity is not strength unless it is harmonized and….united properly, then it becomes a spiritual power.
-Sri Sardar Vallabhai Patel

When we were kids we definitely had lots of fun, well now I cannot say that we are not having fun but I must say that was real fun.

Well while playing or while cycling all of us should have fell down and hurt ourselves, and I remember I used to have many wounds as I was a very naughty kid well that is what my mom says.

When we particularly talk about wounds, they are tiny cuts on the skin, mostly caused to friction effect  and the severity depends on how bad was your fall.

I believe that certain things that we experienced in our childhood have a re-occurrence in our prime age, if atleast not the same situation the basic frame work of the issue prevails.

I wanted to compare the simple situations that we underwent in our childhood to the situation now, you know at that age we all just felt the pain of those wounds for a little while and forgot about it.

But the situation has changed now the physical wounds have become  mental wounds which are hard to heal, these wounds are many like, disappointments, frustrations, difference of option, the feeling of insecurity and love, the greed to earn more.

If you ask me how do these wounds hurt you,  actually they bend you from inside, there is a surprising example which I read in a technology magazine, people are getting more disappointed when their phones, laptops, PDAs’ internet at their homes stop working!

Further the article says people are developing a kind of an attachment on these gadgets or machines or whatever you call it like an owner develops an attachment towards his dog.
The dog never argues with his master and so do the gadgets, our brains starts liking them, that is the explanation given by the author and there ends the example.

I understand, in  this is 21st century and we are in the peak time of  technology and research ,this can happen but we cannot afford to get disappointed for silly things.

Well it is just not that we are developing this horrific habit for reacting to everything, that which concerns us and that which doesn’t as well , we need to work and consider our goals as first priority and we need to aim to service towards society and nature.

We all are not born perfect, but when we say adios earth! We can try to be almost perfect.

Reduce the wounds within you and give that first-aid that is required and heal them before they get infected and it becomes too late to set it right.

Thanks for your time, have a great week ahead.

Family- A small country.

Hello readers

Hope you are doing well.

No matter how hard the past, you can begin again.
-Buddha.

Hmmm… It was half past 7 in the Appa’s home in a remote village in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. The weather was fresh and misty outside as it is always in this village and young Kamala was rushing to her school, Amma was running behind her to remind her about her food packet as she had forgotten the packet 3 times in a row that week.

This was a joint family who were living in their ancestral house and mainly farming was their profession. The family had children of all ages starting from toddlers to children who were ready to take up their degree examinations.

Mudkappa was the oldest man in  the family who usually took the essential decisions of agricultural and also decisions during tough situations, Hiriyappa  his eldest  son loyally listened to his father’s advice and hence they lived with least hurdles and scuffles each day.

Days passed by, and the family is now maturing in terms of age and intellect of its members.

Once there came a situation, which had never been faced by the family, It so happened that , they were running out of resources to take care of their farming activities, essentials like seeds, fertilizers had become costly in the market was almost unaffordable to buy.

When all the people of the family asked the suggestions of Mudkappa to help get out of this situation, he just gave them one suggestion which was “The solution for the problem is you” the young men of the family were not happy with their Granddad’s suggestion, because they felt it was too generic and absurd, which would to help them to solve their issue.

Kamala who was young lady was studying at simple college in their village for a degree in botany and agricultural sciences, so she felt that the answer given by her grandfather was actually relevant to solve the problem, so she suggested all the people in the family what is, that thing which they do uses the resources which was used for farming.

So they listed all the commodities, like the seeds, and the fertilizers required so they all came to consciences and brought all the necessities well within their budget, and carried on with the usual process of sowing.

When the time of the harvest was just ahead, the neighbouring farmers were amazed to find out that this family had the biggest harvest for that year.

When one of the friends Hiriyappa, he just replied venerated, that he listened to the head of the family who had experience in life. There ends the story.

We can see in the above passage, the basic elements of management like, leadership, co-ordination, corporation, the knowledge and know –how, and the management of a situation.

If we take this family as a country we can see that they were always united, and worked for each other to build a best team which do not have weak atoms.

Let’s try to build that unity in our nation like the Family of Mudkappa, and show the world, united we stand.

Thanks for your time have a nice day.

Who is God?

Hello readers

What's up?

There is only one God, None equals him. He has no end .He is present in all living beings.
-Sri Raja Ram Mohan Roy

Well we always look up for help, starting from the poem that you did not remember, in your recitation exam in pre-school, to a presentation pointer you forgot at your work place.

Did this habit imbibe in us from our earlier specious or the early man, or did we inherit it from the apes? The first species to show dexterity.

There is record that the Mayans and the Incas the oldest tribes in the world, followed a ritual to thank the five forces of nature for helping them.

In ancient India in the Vedic period, the Rishis or the learned men, offered prayers to the five forces of nature vayu (air) ,jala(water), agni(fire), bhoomi (earth) and akasha (sky).

What does God mean to us, a mythological figure, a statue, a Messiah or the holy books? Well it means so many things to different people depending on what God they believe and to which faith they belong to.

But basically when we analyse this word ‘God’ in any belief or reliance God is given a superior position, and the key takeaway would be, he is considered as a heavenly being who knows all the secrets in the world and bound to help you at the time of crisis.

Adi Shankaracharya the great visionary who was born at a period when there was unrest among the different cults in Hindu religion. He wrote some of the world’s biggest commentaries at a very young age, can we consider him as God?  I am asking a question as a student of science and logic.

My answer would be yes, and my submission to substantiate my answer is: the amount of works written by Adi Shankara, takes many years to write, so is he a heavenly being, I would say may be, but when we talk about Brahma, Vishnu or Shiva who are the main Gods in Hinduism, they are universally knowledgeable to the extent that, they control forces of the nature, So even Adi Shankara was universally knowledgeable, So it turns out that even he possesses all the qualities of God.

I continue my research, now Adi ShankaraCharya’s the first historical proponent of Advaita says ‘Aham Brahma Asmi’ here he says I am  “Brahman” so it simply means I am God.

So is Adi Shankara claiming himself to God? No he says each one of us are heavenly beings.

Let us put our thinking caps on, meditate on that statement for few minutes, the great pontiff said you and me are Gods. Well is that true? The next question that comes to our mind is that, we do not have powers, so how can we be even close to God?

Going back to beginning of the passage, I had told you that God is real mature being and the he is universally knowledgeable.

When the pontiff said ‘I am God’ he means that we should all develop such a level of maturity, that you reach a heavenly state.

According to him we get close to become heavenly or attain liberation by first realizing “Atman” your soul and then the “Brahman” the heavenly factor in you.

We talk about intelligence quotient and emotional quotient, then what about the maturity quotient?

Well this is the answer Adi Shankara wants all of us to be more mature in life, by accepting its facts. Whether you believe in God or you are an atheist it doesn’t matter, because already  have a chunk of heavenliness in you, which  we all are made up of the five elements of nature, so the sooner you realise the reality advised by the great Gurus like these, we will all stop  cribbing without any reason in life, We realise it very late when we are old that , we cribbed all through our lives and couldn’t even be happy .

For you your God can be the sun , moon , the earth or any good thing in this world that you feel have the power to show you that beam of concentration that leads to whatever goal you want to reach. So we need to start believing in ourselves inturn you start believing in God.

I don’t buy this idea of we  making mistakes and blaming God at the end, because the person who is at  fault is you and you are God so how can you blame anyone else.

We all are responsible for our own actions.

I bow to Sri Shankara Acharya, and the Rishis, whose wisdom has made this world survive till now.

Thank you very much for your time, let all the great forces in this world shower their blessings on us.

Then and now?

Hello readers

Hope you guys are doing great.

The Spirit shall look out through Matter's gaze. And Matter shall reveal the Spirit's face.
-Sri Aurobindo Ghose

I was reading about the great Vijayanagara Empire yesterday, well I was amazed to learn how our kings were duty conscious and ensured the name of their provinces soared up in the sky. I was also amazed by the administrative techniques used by the great emperor Sri Krishnadevaraya.

If we correlate the above scenario with present day situation, I feel sometimes we all are repeating what our kings have done before, particularly their strategies that they have used to survive and confront their enemies.

The statue of Sri Krishna Devaraya at Penugonda.
There was an important paragraph which I came across, in which it says initially in the 1500A.D there was lot of friction between the Saluva dynasty of the Vijayanagara  empire and the Reddiars,  now popularly called as “Reddy”  they were like born enemies who were struggling for dominance in the Present state of Telangana. But there was a common enemy for both the Saluva dynasty and the Reddiars which was  the Bahmani Sultanate, who dominated the northern part of Karnataka and parts of Andhra.

As years passed the Tuluva dynasty came to power and, the great King Sri Krishnadevaraya came to power, and I observed one paradigm shift in his style of administration, that was,  mutual negations and strategy to solve the issues of his empire at a point the Reddiars’ and the emperor come into an agreement and overthrow the Bahmani sultans and gain control over trade and business on the east coast.

The story gets still more amazing when the daughter from a Reddy family was married to the monarch, creating a great rapport between the two clans and great unity  among the two kingdoms, as the Reddiars are the direct descendents of the Rashtrakutas. This propelled a  good co-ordination that protected both the parties from the Sultans of the North.

Coming back from the past to the current scenario I have seen many enemies uniting together to fight a single enemy, the easy example is we have seen many countries uniting together to win a war on the third country.

When you read about history of the world, I mean long ago may be in the period when the great empires of various kings existed in India and around the world  or the medieval people have used strategies which we use to achieve our goals.

So the simple truth with which I want to conclude is that, if frequencies of a person matches with the person next to him, their souls feel happy to interact with each other, I feel the world will move forward in the right direction if we implement this,  we can live in a more compassionate world which less people hating each other.

Thanks for your time have a great day and a week ahead.

The syndrome.

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing great.

The way in which I create myself is by means of quest.I go out in the world in order to come back with a self.
-Mikhail Bakhtin.

It's been a long time since the sun started shining on this mighty earth, and there is lot of evolution that has happened.

Of course in many of my blogs I have written about this. But we have to observe that along with all the things that evolved, we get some other complimentary elements as a product of the base. Let me give you a small instance.

Ok the simplest example will be you getting something else free for another product you bought, ok you bought a detergent ,  you get a container free something similar to that.

Similarly if you think of evolution as a process, there were so many activities that were complimentary to this process.

Let us consider an animal we all like, a dog.

This animal is known to be faithful and loyal to his owner .

These set of actions or the whole package that you recollect when you recall when I just utter the word 'dog' is called a syndrome or a group of behaviours.

We are in the Neolithic stage of this world. According to the great Nostradamus a great predictor of the future he had predicted that  we all end up in a materialistic world, which is very well proving right to him let's give him a ten on ten.

But that is no good to me and everyone in this world who are not for materialism, but this has also considered as a syndrome by psychologists now. We all have modern syndromes, and for sure we need to be clear that a syndrome definitely doesn't mean a disease it is also synonymous to a set of behaviours.

I positively feel we all  do have some specific syndromes that we show each day, which is appealing or actually visible to all the people you interact, some people show lot of  body language when they talk, some people are very serious in listening, so these activities require a certain involvement of your physical muscle coordination as well as your mental drive to show such behaviours.

But have you seen some people suddenly start behaving in an amusing way, which makes you feel “Oh he is the person whom I knew?”

What is the reason for your surprise, well your brain has an image storing capacity, so it  stores your own image, which is called your personality, and it has also stored others image, so all of a sudden if a person changes his personality your brain enters a confused state and you may result in either feeling angry on the person that he is indifferent or you start distancing away from that person.

Well I feel that is the worst thing that can happen to anyone of us, which causes lot of pain not for the person who has changed now, but for his friend or his sibling or his parents.

So I feel we should never change our behaviour or what you call your personality for pressures in your  life, and that I think is the biggest challenge you should set for yourself and win it against yourself we should stoop ending  up in a meaningless syndrome which fails to identify the difference between reality and illusion.

Hope you enjoyed this blog; Looking forward for your feedback. Thanks a lot for your time have a great week ahead.

The Beautiful Struggle: Pain in the Pursuit of Dreams

Hello Readers I hope you are fine today. It's good to be blogging after a while. I wrote about the pains and struggles, as well as what...
