Leadership Matters.

Here comes yet another friday, this time a rainy one, as there goes a saying, when nature decides, it is a firm decision, no one can even attempt to change it.
             Well the talk for today is one my favourites, as you know it is about leadership, but there is a little change, why I say change is, the reason is simple, it will not explain the fundas of leadership, here we talk about the impact on leadership on all of us today.
               Let us start with the basic question : who is a leader? We can come up with many answers! for this question We can say, he is a person who lead a group, by keeping a goal in mind, and he will walk towards that goal,by facing all the challenges in the attempt to achieve that.
          So is a leader selfless? I hear a lot yes from your minds assuming you guys say yes! Yes he is is selfless,for instance in an army a Sargent protects his troops without thinking that he may be bombed by the enemies,that Sargent or any other higher officer won't hesitate to surrender himself rather than surrendering his precious troop,but these people are exceptions because the very thought of saving the mother land, shows their selflessness and maturity.

Why leadership matters?
           Ofcourse leadership matters,today the rules, laws,systems and existance of international boundaries, it's a result of leaders or of the box thinking that has given rise to new ideas in this world, how well a leader shapes his  country or organization is the thing that takes them towards that step closer to success
              Lets all try, to become good leaders and think clean and take ourselves and  fellow people lives towards development yet to solve the issues which haunt mother earth, let's start by being that guy who stands alone in a crowd,and we'll later lead that crowd.

The Wonderland Called Technology.

So it's a rainy Friday here, travelling back home from office. 
              I believe there's an inner power that makes winners or losers. And the winners are the ones who really listen to the truth of their hearts.

             Just analysing as usual what should I write For this week, and just realised that I have become a tech savy and I follow technology intensely!
             Each time I read something about technology I feel amazed, and think about it the great minds behind it.
             Ok lets think about the advancements that the technology has brought in our lives,the kids of this generation I mean the kids after the famous Y2K have seen technology like never before, they are almost born with it,a smart phone, a tablet,the face book,
These tools have become there toys?!
         well that is actually a negative and should be taken care by parents.
             Moving on what really amazes me about technology is the link between me, a gadget, my feelings, and my dependency on a gadget.
               Taking a small instance, suppose we take whats App a famous chatting app for multiple platforms, we depends on it so much the moment we are a part of it, and your brain becomes so accustomed, even before you know it, that at times we get thoughts like "how did I become so used it so fast I just bought my phone a month ago "?.
              For my above example the linkage theory absolutely works, and this theory, is actually used in psychology to gauge a person's interests.

The Awesomeness
               Yes there is an awesomeness about technology, because of its usefulness Practicality,people are dealing in billions, and trillion over wires, across the globe a hundred million job opportunities to all the youngsters who want to provide a service or build something new.

The Paradox
           Some folks are so much involved in technology that they develop feelings towards that which I feel is unfortunate, and not necessary should be the case as it is just an utility and we should  not become the so called " living friends" of technology.
               we must all understand that each and everyone on this planet is using a tech tool not necessarily with a PCB inside but atleast something simple and this is a fact the E waste generated due to all our beloved gadgets is heavier than the weight of the entire world population!
            Finally I am greatful to technology and ask the people involved in building useful tools which gives  us the the opportunity to listen to great music of the pioneers like vivaldi the immortals like Micheal Jackson and the spiritual saints like Thyagaraja.

The Universal Boss.

Hello readers,so here comes the weekend!

Hope all are doing OK.I am doing almost fine ,why I say almost fine is that,have some questions which keeps my mind wondering and puts me in a fix every time I think about it, and I end up either satisfying myself with an answer just to shut my mind, thinking about it or find the answer,until next time again it pops up and says!"hey you just faked an answer last time so what about this time"!?

                 So my question to all of you the knowledgeable crowd out there is? do all of us have a single universal boss ,irrespective of what we do in life ? think about it, a single person to whom 7 billion people report to,send sign-off mails ,say sorry for not reaching targets?and blasted in a meeting room for not performing  in the 1st quarter or will be removed, from a job for not washing his car,sacked for not spilling coffee on a customer! so the list is endless,but again we come back to the same question is there that one guy whom we can call the one boss for all?

        

                  The immediate question following and which is the most obvious would be is this so called boss a human? or is a force or God himself,my easiest ,answer for this would be 1.Your consciousness 2.Mother Nature and 3.The force what we call God. 

  

                   So taking my answer number one you all know what is consciousness every time you do a thing in your day to day life before everyone else you know whether it is right or wrong ,so from the minute you so saw light till the second the light fades away in your eye you keep reporting to your conscious and always try to stay in the top performer terms with him ,by following what ever he says!and you know at times you are at fault ,yet we ask excuses to our boss and act meaning less on the outer side.So this keeps happening with every single person in life,except for some greatest exceptions ,they are just a handful according to me.

                     The second boss is the toughest boss of all times and he will remain the same until this world ends! OK for people who are thinking I am just being philosophical here ,no I am being scientific about it,I think a simple example will help you understand,There was this very rich man who was very proud his wealth and was a expert in building house which he claimed would resist any type of nature's fury,but one fine day he realized this was not possible but,never stopped making promises to his clients and continued building houses ,but nature gave the taste of his own medicine which was a giant tsunami which washed his own Backyard and converted his own kitchen garden into a grave yard of floating dead bodies! so the inference is that we can never shy away from nature and live as if we don't care about because finally nature is life and life began from it.

                 Well all of you know this force definitely exists some call it God and some call it the positive energy that surrounds good people ,and the negative energy which surround the people who take a bad U turn in life and are confused in  life and hurt this world with their stupid and merciless deeds,but this force wont allow them to live in peace and will certainly will show the way to their end without their knowledge!

 

              So after discussing the three forms of the same boss whom I call the universal boss ,I feel all the three are same but each shows up in different phase of our life  to show their presence to us and alert us,congratulate us and some time warn us in the direction in which we are travelling,but one thing is very evident when ever this leader of the world shows he has his own style of taking things into his own hands like an MD of a company handles a big escalation, but this boss can reset the world in a jiffy! so my message to all those great people who call them business man,and who never do fair business and do shameful deeds such as;

unnecessary deforestation,poaching of those poor elephants,think again you do it next time,because who knows the boss(nature) may be inside that poor animal;you want to kill and you may end up being exterminated from this job called 'living' and from this mammoth 'industry' called earth! and my general request to all my dear readers please follow the policy of live and let live and imbibe it to the future generations who are on their way save the industry and try not to shut it down for ever!

What Would You Do With A Time Machine?

Hello there good morning
          Fine morning here, let me start your day with a thought.
           The grand essentials of happiness are: something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.
            So this question is being bugging me from many years, what would happen if someone would have built a time machine? Would all the great people whom I couldn see give me a chance to say hello and shake their  hand, would it be possible for me to see the Renaissance?
              If that is way too much to ask atleast would it help to atleast go back 6 years back in time , and change my marks in a exam in which I got low GPA or could I born as a dog instead being born like this!
             So million people in this world would have million wishes to make if  such a machine was there today, next we believe in fortune tellers who are, supposed to predict our future but to be frank I don't believe in them as they are too smart for me to just flatter me about my future and earn that extra buck,or the the people who say they read it by just seeing my hand and they call it palm history.
         
  The reality
               Time machines if at all are existing or existed before in any of the mythologies in the world which I am not aware of would be nice but we know in  reality it is not so, and the way I look at it,is there a need for such a machine, if we are on time in life, and make time a horse which you can control rather than allowing time to be your master and you being its slave?
            We all have all the time in this world to think, act and do what we want but half the time we do not know how to use our time in a valuble way this word valueable has a very deep meaning it is not, just a generic meaning that your time is your time and you cannot even think about giving it to others, no it means you have to give yourself time no doubts on that, next give it to your family, next would be your friends and the last and the most important this society.
           Help this society till your clock stops help the people in suffering, teach some good words to the fools  whom you come across, the people who are always in a wonderland called egoism and if you start,doing this from an young age I think you would have no regerts and won't even get thought about that machine which takes you back in time or the future.   Good day people till next week good luck and good bye.

           

Back To The Present!?

Thanks a lot for your time, it's only because of you my dear pals I have reached this far and get motivated each time to write a blog.
            So I am sure most of you would have watched this super hit movie "Back To The Future "so the movie is about Marty Mcfly (Michael.J.Fox) getting stuck in the past or the future with his friend Doc Emmet Brown (Christopher Loyd).
             So if we see the basic concept of the movie it always gives us a message travelling through time is a risky task, well I am not trying to give a review or a promotional ad about this great movie! but what I want to tell you is that, we always live in this present minute, but think about that hour which has past yesterday or will occur tomorrow, believe me all of us would have done this at some point in our life I am no an exception , even I would have done this,and let me tell you this is not an issue with us, it's one of the mechanisms that our brains adapt to think and help you react, a simple example would be you had some allergy to some fruit punch so, next time your buddy offers you to drink you will for sure retort, and you would say no.

why should we live in the present?
             The simple answer would be, is there any use of thinking or living in the past or for that matter mindlessly predicting the future which is uncertain asin the movie back to the future the scientist invents a time machine,and finally realises, that he had made a big mistake, and regrets it in the last part of the movie.
               Our mind rambels to stay in the present and always takes you to the previous day or that cut -away where you were sruck suffering in some situation, which may motivate you or make you quit. Do you know the result of this rambling,you cannot concentrate on your at work or anywhere for that matter and you take double the time to complete the same task that your doing for a long time.
            So next time you decide to do something do it as if your doing it for the first time that will help you get success in half the time you are taking to finish it now,Ok meet you again next week have a great evening, enjoy life.

Think Before You Help!?

Hope Friday is going well to all of you and So my topic for the day seems very selfish isn't? But don't worry I can prove you wrong.
           We have heard of famous proverbs like "look before you leap "and think before you ink " and we would have quoted it to many people at the right instance, but why think before you help?!
       Can help not be done to people who ask for it?
         The answer should be actually to the deserving yes and for the people who act helpless but are looking for an opportunity to get help from others to run way from their problem for them the answer is no.
          let me tell you why we should help this society? you may be ashtounished by me telling that we have not even repaid this society half the help it has given us today!
            Let me explain you this,we were born on that holy day which we celebrate it as our birthday, that is the day your account of receiving your help started from that doctor and nurse who helped you come out of your mother's womb,and ofcourse your motherbecause of who's grace your leading a life today which has a morning and a night a place to sleep and thought you the basic lessons of life starting from how to drink a glass of water for free!
              Then on you have been getting help from the post man, the newspaper vendor, dont know how many servants who cleaned our dirty clothes.
              Not to forget the military and the army whose help can never be repaid by us unless we become one amoung them.
The money motive
                  Now the obvious argument for above that would emerge would be the people whom I have mentioned above do it for the sake of money, and patriotism which is a noble cause to fight for, with the people who say money, I cant say that I completely disagree with them but with a clause for disagreement which is there is motive other than money which is the service minded motive! Yes don't you think so they help you make you come out of our pressure or stress or get your things done on a larger scale protect you.
            The moral of the story is we have been receiving lot of help but, when its or time to return it back we first do this great calculation without any formulae judging the person who had asked you help, and some questions like, why should I help him? Is he worth the help and many more emerge and this has happened with all of us I am sure because we are all humans with limitations except for those like mother Theresa,and the great pontiffs of the world who have done service and given knowledge to the mass who gatherd and gave out their good thoughts to the world on foot, to wish and make this world a better place to live.
The anti-climax
                       So after understanding  how the world has helped us, let's talk some reality,we all must agree to this that we have all been selfish and money minded always, and help by choosing people like roses which are kept in a church and you the 'preist' decides which flower should be kept on his cross?, sorry my friends this is the sad fate of society, which lacks humanity, and I must say we have started thinking in this direction because we cannot, decide when to become selfish and selfless, and the mother of all disease is the expectation we have to always get a help in return or money or gratitude for me all are the same! They were and are few souls who used to help and not think about it, but that population is diminishing as the sun sets each day, we can get over with all the Wars of the world if there is simple factor called "help" and if all the citizens of a country are in unison with another there is no need for a war or a cease fire.Let's start helping people you can start by helping a kid to choose what education to select? Or helping a blind man cross the street, helping your old neighbours who may be ill and there  children are not with them if you start helping, the person next to you will and it goes viral.The great Yoga guru BKS iyengar who can left his body only a few days ago had said he gets pleasure in helping the people around me and he wants to see them fit,and today you can see millions cured of their pain, just imagine the bliss he would have felt every time he healed a person.
               let's stop thinking and start helping and serving this great society, see you next week thanks for your time, good evening.
           

          
              

Motivation-The Guardian Of The World

Great words: when I compose a song, there is no sing because I am the song, the beat the cord and the lyric and the instruments thats what makes music a blissful experiance -Michael Jackson.
         so am sure you know the word motivation, there are many times you have been motivated, may be the you were motivated was by your teacher, boss, mom, some stranger on the road or so on, just recollect, what happened? you felt the punch of happiness, and rage to do what you had planned to before that incident happened.first of all you came out of that lethargic atitude.
                 All the inventions of the world are  results of either an emergency or the need and urge to make that job  simpler and easy.Which is boring but the motive.

Motivation and leadership
            A leader should be  a positive person and should motivate people without a second thought one of the primary duty of a leader is to wake people up from the slumber, low confidence, inferiority about themself and low self esteem.
          So now after talking so much about motivation you can ask me why am I telling you so much about it? The simple reason is that,this world works on motivation it is like a graph which has highs and lows when we feel low the motive will boost the spirit inside us to continue the path in which we started to get to the goal. Let's hope that we are always in the  motivation mode and never look back, and keep moving forward without getting tired.
