The Chemical Circles.

           hope you guys are doing great.So the thought for today will be, salvation lies within,it is taken from the bible, but I have taken this from my all time favourite movie sweshank redemption.

               This morning I was remembering my chemistry classes, the atomic structure of all chemicals, my exciting days in the lab and so on.
               
               So the concept that I always relished to study, was about the atoms, the orbital theory, how they revolve around the nucleus,the attractive forces, and the repulsive forces and so on.

              What amazes me about this topic is that, the nature of revolving around a central object, holds good from the atomic level, to the planets which revolve around the sun! Whatever research has been done, about this, yet it is still unclear why this happens.
            
             Here comes the kicker,the same principle also holds good in animals, apes and humans, we keep revolving in circles,the nucleus will be our parents or guardians or some great people, who helped you out, and our friends ofcourse, we get attracted to some people and repel to some, bond with each, other we act as a catalyst,so do we all follow the already formed laws of nature?       
               Its was quoted in the bagavatgita the most holy scripture of hindus, that everything is scripted by me (lord Krishna) you (Arjuna) are just a means or an instrument, who performs the task.
   
          So this blog is changing pitches from Chemistry, to astronomy to mythology and family? don't feel that  am not clear, on the point that I want to make, I am very much sure about what I want to convey, it is a simple awarness.

             The awarness is that this world is not live  as we think it is this mammoth recorded movie which is playing without a pause, there is this giant script whose end is definitely not in our time lines, which works same for all, no superiority or inferiority,only a small amount of tuning, and alteration,which people called life, that helps in following the law of nature better!
    
           To conclude, we must all stop the acting foolish, about  being superior, and inferior, respect your peers,and all other beings on this mother earth, and always remember, what makes you angry can make, the next person angry,when you do it him, live happy and with science in mind.

After that thought, let me move on with the topic,well the first view of it, will make you feel is it a tag line for an ad?

       come on that is not the case, though I have studied marketing, this is not the place to use my skill, this is purely about, you,me basically every person in this world.

          let me tell you a short story, there was a small kid, who was born in a very wealthy family,so he was treated very well by his parents, and ofcourse, his house was always bumbling, with servants,and benifactors,so the boy's desire,was an order and was fulfilled within no time.

              But one day a disaster struck, and the whole village where they were living, was dismantled by an earth quake,the boy's house was destroyed and he lost his parents in this confusion, the boy who was now a man, early in his twenties, was just shocked, and first time in his life felt helpless.
               
               Months after that sad day, this man made an attempt, to think, that was the first time in his life he thought about something, intensly,he thought "why should I be sad all the time like this, if I compare my self with all those poor people who were buried alive, in front of their kids, am I not fortunate? who still has a place to stay? 
      
                So this man from that day, started to think, about each problem, he faced, and became successful also a famous problem solver, to all the people who approached him.

                I think that's all what life is about, we need to understand, our own brain, before you go and solve others problems, it should not take us a violent storm to teach us this lesson of life, as we mature, physically, it should happen mentally too in the same pace.

              The day each and every man discovers and understands his own mind, he will become free from the cage of false desires, and confusion that he faces every day,and moves in only direction  that is the direction of success.

The Wormhole.

Yes she truly was a great woman.
             so moving on, I am sure many of you would have heard the phrase The wormhole, the hornet's nest and so on, let's not go to the true meaning of both the phrases,you certainly know that, these are places, if you enter it is very difficult to escape.
             Just a heads up, the worm hole is a hypothetical connection between time and space! Which is supposed to make time travel possible? is that possible,that day  will be the most exciting day of my life.
            At the same time we should be aware that the place travel may be so amazing that you may not live in your current world and endup living in that alternative reality?!we have seen many movies based on this concept why can't it be possible? Or is it already in action?and we are not aware of it?
               Actually I have to admit sadly it already exists in this world,only for the wrong reasons, we are taking about the chemicals that take us to another world which are called drugs.
             It is fact that atleast 3%of the world population are becoming the slaves of these narcotics,that is seriously an
alarming number,and people are just washing away their life down a toilet seat!       
             Now the basic question which arises why do people get addicted to illusions,to my best knowledge what I know, many people who have been addicted say that, drugs give me that push I need, I asked him is it motivation or feeling relaxed, they say that, in a way ,u can do whatever you want to do in life?

          come on you great lads what's the use of doing it in an illusion? can you not do and achieve whatever you wantedq in reality and stop this nonsense of taking drugs which are highly toxic?
          My appeal to all live in the present, just stop looking back, always hope for a better day and be useful to others as well as yourself, you got this one chance,to live your life as  why don't you make most of it? Hope you spread this to the people, who have these  sad and ugly habits and like travelling into a wromhole which does not exist.

A Personal Blog.

Happy friday or so goes the song on Fridays at work well,want to share some quick messages with you which I learnt in this week.
             The first thing would be what Mahatma Gandhi said, that is be self -sufficient in life, though I have some  issues with his principles, I follow this.
           Second on the list would be smile as much as you can every day, because it motivates you as well and also the people around you.
             Have deep knowledge in what ever your doing in life, because, generic knowledge does not take us anywhere, and the deep knowledge, will help you solve problems and also we get satisfaction in what we are doing.
                 A person who can make jokes about himself has won the battle with the greatest enemy Mr ego.
            Have a forgiving attitude, which I have learned  from dogs who treat you the same way, each day you treat him well or not, he treats you the same till he dies, just with the hope, that you will change your attitude and take him for his walk every day,thats forgiveness and hope.
            People who make others laugh are mostly struggling with problems in life, and they will forget that by sharing happiness, that is called turning the worst situation into the best.
             finally I want to conclude by saying act according to the situation you live and, never worry about the future just live in the present and move on.

The Illusion Paradox.

Hope all are doing well, what a week it was with two great leaders, sharing their views in a single editorial, hats off to both President Obama and Prime Minister Narendra Modi,who have shared their views on the various issues and have tried to arrive  solutions for them,I am very privileged to be living amoung these great leaders.
             So my topic of the day talks about the basic question scientists have been arguing, about the terms like, string theory, the multi -dimension theory, these theories  will bring a spark in your mind and, keep yourself staring at yourself!about questions like,are there copies of me living in another dimension? Is there another planet with life,who are far more older than our.civilization?
             But what does this have to do anything with an illusion paradox? let me tell you I am not talking something which not related to it here, the basis of this paradox,are very much related to these theories.
            We humans no doubt are the so called 'superior species' in the universe which I don't agree upon for many reasons, but still we can atleast agree that there are species which atleast live, more than we do, like the turtle which we are aware of.
           As we are the superior, blessed and brainy ones,we do good things and bad things to the society around which, includes plants and animals that we take care of and also them for our selfish gain, the reason I say this is,its about time that we all should get a heads up that there is a reality which can spill out in any part of a person's life, it can hit him or her so point blank that, their brain are left stumped for quite some time, just to process what has happened, and just stunned, and feel the sense of awakening, that your out of illusion.
             For instance a person who was at his peek of his career, as a merchant falls into to the cage of fate and loses everything, and is out -casted by his family and hunts for a job the next morning with absolutely nothing in his pocket?
            Or a famous bureaucrat who slept in a luxurious apartment the previous evening but, woke up with a arrest warrent the next morning at his door and sleeping in a prison,that night.
               Just imagine what would be the impact on their minds, what a shock, their brain takes and and still tries to keep them composed,except for some cases where we have seen people dieing after seeing and hearing, news headers about them, which they cannot handle it and die!
               Let me tell you my dear friends I am not being pessimistic here, but the force around us which people call as God performs reality checks on people randomly and bring us out of that illusion,in  which we were living, the day to day life, the celebrations, the feasts,and festivals the joy of living, and yet we crib about our life.
              But once we are out of the illusion paradox, all the days of the week just keeps us stumped and when the world rejoices a feast, it doesn't even matter to you, as now you are aware, that what you are current living with the pain, the agony and your determination to come out that bad event,is what is actually called life!
              Always convert all your illusions into reality, and be prepared to come out of that, and face the heat.

Leadership Matters.

Here comes yet another friday, this time a rainy one, as there goes a saying, when nature decides, it is a firm decision, no one can even attempt to change it.
             Well the talk for today is one my favourites, as you know it is about leadership, but there is a little change, why I say change is, the reason is simple, it will not explain the fundas of leadership, here we talk about the impact on leadership on all of us today.
               Let us start with the basic question : who is a leader? We can come up with many answers! for this question We can say, he is a person who lead a group, by keeping a goal in mind, and he will walk towards that goal,by facing all the challenges in the attempt to achieve that.
          So is a leader selfless? I hear a lot yes from your minds assuming you guys say yes! Yes he is is selfless,for instance in an army a Sargent protects his troops without thinking that he may be bombed by the enemies,that Sargent or any other higher officer won't hesitate to surrender himself rather than surrendering his precious troop,but these people are exceptions because the very thought of saving the mother land, shows their selflessness and maturity.

Why leadership matters?
           Ofcourse leadership matters,today the rules, laws,systems and existance of international boundaries, it's a result of leaders or of the box thinking that has given rise to new ideas in this world, how well a leader shapes his  country or organization is the thing that takes them towards that step closer to success
              Lets all try, to become good leaders and think clean and take ourselves and  fellow people lives towards development yet to solve the issues which haunt mother earth, let's start by being that guy who stands alone in a crowd,and we'll later lead that crowd.

The Wonderland Called Technology.

So it's a rainy Friday here, travelling back home from office. 
              I believe there's an inner power that makes winners or losers. And the winners are the ones who really listen to the truth of their hearts.

             Just analysing as usual what should I write For this week, and just realised that I have become a tech savy and I follow technology intensely!
             Each time I read something about technology I feel amazed, and think about it the great minds behind it.
             Ok lets think about the advancements that the technology has brought in our lives,the kids of this generation I mean the kids after the famous Y2K have seen technology like never before, they are almost born with it,a smart phone, a tablet,the face book,
These tools have become there toys?!
         well that is actually a negative and should be taken care by parents.
             Moving on what really amazes me about technology is the link between me, a gadget, my feelings, and my dependency on a gadget.
               Taking a small instance, suppose we take whats App a famous chatting app for multiple platforms, we depends on it so much the moment we are a part of it, and your brain becomes so accustomed, even before you know it, that at times we get thoughts like "how did I become so used it so fast I just bought my phone a month ago "?.
              For my above example the linkage theory absolutely works, and this theory, is actually used in psychology to gauge a person's interests.

The Awesomeness
               Yes there is an awesomeness about technology, because of its usefulness Practicality,people are dealing in billions, and trillion over wires, across the globe a hundred million job opportunities to all the youngsters who want to provide a service or build something new.

The Paradox
           Some folks are so much involved in technology that they develop feelings towards that which I feel is unfortunate, and not necessary should be the case as it is just an utility and we should  not become the so called " living friends" of technology.
               we must all understand that each and everyone on this planet is using a tech tool not necessarily with a PCB inside but atleast something simple and this is a fact the E waste generated due to all our beloved gadgets is heavier than the weight of the entire world population!
            Finally I am greatful to technology and ask the people involved in building useful tools which gives  us the the opportunity to listen to great music of the pioneers like vivaldi the immortals like Micheal Jackson and the spiritual saints like Thyagaraja.
          Before I end I want to pay homage to the greatest mandolin artist of all times Sri Mandolin U Srinivas who started his heavenly journey today may his soul rest in peace for all my dear readers I would request all of you to pray for his soul and please follow the link to read about this great person.
