The truth about you

Hope you are fine today.
Mind is more powerful than you can imagine, it actually knows all your hidden talents but it does not have an instrument or a medium to tell  you, instead it is you who should become the medium and open up this secretive mind before your soul departs from your body empty that treasure chest full of thoughts and talents buried deep inside your mind and understand the purpose of your living.

Another week just flew away with the winds of time, just as it flew away I got some fresh thoughts which I wanted to share it with all of you today.

How many of you have thought about this? Your fears, your source of happiness, what excites you the most your likes and dislikes.
Definitely, I am sure you would have some thoughts about atleast some questions which I have mentioned above.
But still, there will be hidden truths about ourselves which you understand as time moves on, or it would be identified by the people around you, still wondering what I am trying to tell you?
Just a  simple instance will help you out, assume there is a micro group study being conducted on a group of people. The group was asked to walk on a particular street when they were suddenly shown a village roadshow, a simple poor family trying to show them some rope tricks like tightrope walking and the balancing act.
How would they react when they saw is, let me give you some choices to help you guess: would they feel happy and be amazed by the talent of the performers, or would they feel bad thinking about the poverty situation in India and think about talking to those kids’ parents and helping them attend school, or just walk away.
Even though the above example is simple and straightforward, there are certain inferences which we can trace from it.
First and foremost the example is a classical situation analysis which is presented by many trainers which help to understand the trainees' mind.
If you felt happy and amazed: that would infer you are a simple thinker and you just live the moment and a focused thinker, basically, goal oriented your goals first and societal goals later.
OK! Seeing the performance you thought for a while, even though you felt a little bit happy in the first place you continued to think and finally the smiling curve on your chin turned into a glum posture, as you realized those children were in a hardship and you felt they deserved better.
The third kind of people would be less emotionally oriented in life or fall into the category of others if you consider this a micro group study.
I would like to discuss more on the second inference, let us just assume  some ten people felt bad about it and started getting thoughts in their mind ,you know the type of thoughts which won't stop, which would also lead to a will and determination to do something and change the situation which they saw.
These are types humans who actually try to change the countries state from the grass root, I salute to all such type of people who would like to think like that.
Moving on, let us put you and me in that situational group study, how would you react? suppose your reaction relates to the category 2, that means my friend you think differently and there are lots of things to be done by you and is pending I would say start doing it don’t worry about the society or the people who  try to oppose what you want to do until and unless it not causing hurt to this society or environment.
The feeling and motivation which you got from inside to do what you wanted differently is the truth about you, that is what who you are or who you wanted to be, let me tell you many of us just shy away from what we want to become and do something totally different which we were not actually prepared for, but still excel in that do you know what it means, it says you are so talented you can excel in a field which you are not great at, imagine if you find and search and bring out your hidden talents would not achive your life goals and also feel contented?
People say we all are gifted with some talent when we are born, some people are good enough to understand that at an early age ad they excel with their strengths which is again awesome.
For others who feel discontented in what they do, expose yourself to the society to situations, to movies,to live performances or watch televisions I am sure the hidden truths will come out and actually are coming out as you are reading this and it is all your mind, the only thing which is remaining is whether  you want to work towards what you want to be at the cost of anything or just keep it aside and enjoy the comfortable situation you are in currently!
So it is all in you as mentioned in the thought at the beginning of the blog.

Psyched

Hello readers

Have you thought about this anytime? Does your mind motivate you and makes you build a strategy in solving some problem or you fuel these thoughts into your mind and allow it come up with a solution.

Usually, I feel even though the brain is an organ and we have control over our brain, the mind is what is feels that consciousness and ability to understand.

The whole life we spend in understanding, execution and reacting to all possible external stimuli. If you the think word stimuli is too technical, then let me make it simple by terming it as external environment.

So from the time, you were a baby, can you recollect when you first started getting thoughts?

well I think I started getting thoughts from my school days may be 3rd grade or so, well don’t know if it is late or early. It may have started to flow early for you or later actually it doesn’t matter as I told you there will always be this one factor called environment which will motivate you to think, and of course, because we are humans it is in our genes to think, well that I am speaking about intellectuals who are ready to think.

The name of this blog is ‘psyched’ the dictionary form of this word is “Psych” which means to make someone’s mind to be prepared for some situation.

It is not that there will be someone else to make that person prepare like for instance a mother preparing her son for an exam. But this process happens automatically.

Who helps you to prepare then? Have you anytime thought about this: how is that you are always conscious of what is happening around you, you read people’s body language, you know when someone is sad or happy, you feel angry and nag sometimes even though you know what you were doing is not appropriate, and sometimes you end up taking a decision which is so wrong and later repents of it.

All that mentioned above I can assure you that you would have experienced it in your life before you read this blog today.

So are we psyched without our knowledge and constantly prepared by our mind which instructs the brain to behave in the way we behave, the answer is a yes!

You know what psyched me into writing this blog, it is some unreasonable behavior for some people in society starting from someone I know till the crazy politicians who like to burn their own people in nuclear test facilities for superiority? come on this man would have felt more superior if he could have done something good for his people.

Why don’t they think? Before they do something don’t they understand the negativity involved in whatever are they doing? that only reason I can think of is that they let their minds lose!

I see good men and women are suffering emotionally and feeling depressed for no fault of them and it is due to the childish behavior of their parents, siblings or anyone they care about, and they continue to suffer only because they love them!

The people who are at fault are psyched in an illusion and feel that devilish pleasure when they see their own people sad, or seriously I am not sure about their intentions.



Mind is beautiful actually it represents a person’s soul and it can achieve wonders if the good thoughts are appreciated and the negative ones are just shunned and it is possible with only true determination and the motive to think well and keep people around you happy and feel secure.

I wish you all well and hope you will forgo anger and grief for happiness and calmness and be psyched in the way which is most needed.

You make your mind work, let your mind not get you worked up.

Change - The constant process

Change is the way of life I am sure you would have read this,  and also this one, change is inevitable

It is actually necessary and it is the reason that the world has evolved till here and continues to evolve.

Now even when we look at the animal and plant kingdom we see that what biologists call evolution, in short, it can be called transformation.

But there is a condition here; there can be bad change and good change.

Bad change can be more and more modernization leading to disasters in the world.
Good change can be the same technology helping visually challenged to regain their vision.

Now for another question what does it take to change someone of his attitude, thoughts or the way he thinks.

There are reasons people change some are pleasant and some are not so happy ones.
The good reasons that we can see a change in a person are, chasing him or her to progress, self-realization and maturity.

When we think about the unpleasant ones there are people who are nice but their circumstance made them the sadists they are today, the challenge is not to bow to the circumstance and being the person you are, which again changes you to become more brave and strong.

Now for that question what does it take to change a person, let me be positive to change him into a good person?

Well, I feel his attitude matters, suppose that person had a good attitude towards life half job is done the other half is a little persuasion and goal orientation.



But if he or she is leading a life in a negative mindset, a lot of pushing around is required.

Definitely, I feel we need to always change for the good, attitude is a set of beliefs which we see and learn as we grow up and how we respond to stimuli which are partially transferred from our parents.

But the crux is that finally, it's up to the individual how he wants to live? But I urge people to change for good and develop good qualities, mannerisms and awareness and being proactive in the society so that we can make the place you stay reach new heights, which may help change the lives of millions. 

I want to end this blog here with the hope of seeing a change in the reader's mind.

Contrition - A Disease!

We start leading our lives according to the environment we are born, there is so much truth in that statement; but still can you make live life out of that environment? and live like you wanted to?

My intention is not to confuse when I typed those two lines, but the last part of the paragraph is actually a challenge, it is difficult to change the way we are leading our life.

We are emotional and social beings; we show all types of emotions depending on the situations we face.

One such feeling is repentance; we do mistakes deliberately sometimes even though we may know the end result. Why do such mishaps after all we are called the most intellectual lot in the whole world. Let us discuss.

When was the last time you sat in contrition and got visions in your mind that: supposed you had worked in plan B you would not have ended up in your current state.

Before that entire discussion, first think about this, is remorse good for you? Does it improve your life, there are actually two sides of the debate one part of the it is that up to some extent remorse is good; to complete the second part I would say it is not good always.

I will try to explain both the parts now, first part regretful after making a gaffe is good because it shows that you still have good character left inside you that still is policing you to move in the correct course, that is the good part, however the part which is not so motivating is forgetting this wound very soon and ending up back in a mentally injured mode (remorse) in a short while.

That my friend is the part where we all need to improve, I am sure when your senior at office was training you during your probation something, or your teacher was teaching you some topic in school they would have told you make mistakes now, but when you are on the job or when you write exams be careful and make sure you don’t repeat these mistakes.

But in life there are times you do not get that probation period or a practice class, you may have to rush into an exam hall unprepared! Or work with huge responsibilities without support staff, well that is life! there is no margin for errors; this is law of the nature.

So we need to take decisions very carefully, because you might not get another chance.
What is the point of you being upset on yourself and making the surrounding milieu also look sadistic for the mistakes you did.

You have got this one life, we need to keep our energy bubbling, pump our lungs with the pure air of confidence move on from the mistakes we did and not to repeat them  and most important put it behind us and learn valuable lessons from such undesirable experiences.

So from today repent once and never repeat the same mistake again! Because there is much to do  the switches of happiness, opportunities and so on waiting for you to switch them on and  there are so many unexplored  places for you to go on a an adventure.


So the question: Can you live life out of your environment? and live like you wanted to? Well it is very much possible is what I feel. The success and failure both depend on how you deal with your life. I Wish you success.

Thoughts and speech.

Well the week is about to end and start again. The mind game of the ending Fridays and the beginning Mondays is a challenge for a person who is stuck in a routine schedule.

We all have been gifted with this wonderful power of thought and speech.
From early childhood we start learning and understanding the world around us and that also include learning the sounds around us and try to mimic those sounds which will later turn into learning your mother tongue and later other languages.

It is said by many scientists that,  we get best ideas about what we are  thinking or we want to think if the language used by you for thinking is noble and you are proficient in that language.

Few years back I had seen a documentary about the Drake equation one of the scientists asked  , can you think without words or dialectal?! That is a very valid question which will open up a thought which is fundamentally we cannot think without words.

A research was conducted with some people, this type of research is usually called a sampling test, they were exposed to random pictures like trees, animals, buildings their family the planets and so on.

One universal inference they observed was that the vocal lobe of the brain was very active and the thought process was coupled with the vocal lobe.

They concluded that, in the process of thinking and expressing the thought takes about 0.65 seconds and in this narrow window of time there is a possibility that you say thinks before the thought process is complete.


This was one of the milestone discoveries in the field of applied psychological sciences.

The take away from this research is that we sometime speak things which don't make any sense and this purely natural as explained earlier , but still in the same study there were people who analysed the pictures for a fairly long time and understood them better which confirms that they helped the thought process to complete.

Dear friends,  in the same away we need to understand life better and start taking conversations into a pleasant ending instead of a opened-end question or a filthy argument which does not take us anywhere and also spoil the relation and rapport with that person.

Avoid  talking if you don't understand the logic behind about what you are  going to speak allow your thoughts to flow and try to not to curb thoughts with your speech, that will also help you develop patience which majority of lack and also help you stop feeling empty headed.
