What We Lack?

Hello readers

Hope you all are fine.

Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans
-John Lennon

We all are peddling our own cycles of life each day.

The chain snaps someday, and we will fix it and continue our journey most of the times.

But there are troubled times, where you are not able to come out of of the situation, and you will start thinking, or get dis-heartened.

But in this journey I feel if we can do some enhancements we would still near our destination or goal which we would like to reach out which we have planned.

So what are these enhancements which I am talking about.

To start  with I would say, we need to involve ourselves in whatever we are pursuing or wish to pursue, working with half interests does not us anywhere.

Second aspect is the task we are doing should be linked both physically and mentally, I say this because just thinking about work, does not finish the job. Or working without thinking and concentrating on the work you wish to do does not serve any better.

There is another important aspect which we miss out and that is courage.
How many of us really know what courage is?

Daring is a force which can make an impact on a tie future generation even if the person who showed the valor perished in war or rubble.

It is a vibrant feeling felt by us when we hear the name of true heroes. That is actually courage, the rebellion attitude which comes out when you see injustice going on in front of you is bravery.

Does this generation lack courage? Partially I would say though everyone hasn't lost it.

Half the times we would like problems on our heads this may be due to fear or just a callous attitude which won't let you face that problem, because it is a very comfortable to mind our own business and be happy.

In this modern era the soldiers, the police force, the doctors and the nurses are the one who have courage in what they do, and also apply the other two aspects as well in their lives.

Even if you think the mythological events as a story, I am fine that because what that intend to tell is fully clear, and that is to develop great values, which is great and mature way in shaping a healthy society.

So what we lack is this commitment and the positivity in us to make what is required to complete what we started.

In whatever we have to do we need to keep in mind we need to show commitment, concentration and of course the will and courage to complete it.

In this motivational I would end by saying the vintage phrase: do what you like, like what you do! and be courageous and focused when do what you like!

Thanks for your time.

Good day.

Strenuous

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing well

A revolution is a struggle to the death between the future and the past.
-Fidel Castro

We are born with abilities and weaknesses and most of the time we would not know both our ability and weakness by the time we know and have the mind to analyze I think it would have become late.

Let us talk about difficulties, we all know this word almost before we learnt to speak, the most simple example would be your helpless situation when you were born, just imagine if not for your parents who took care of you till you could take care of yourself you would be history or worse than that lost somewhere without knowing who you are.

We actually do not know what real difficulties, the ‘we’  I am mentioning here is average man who lives in a city without any problems.

But why do we crib and act jittery on a daily basis for simple issues? This includes me I am not a great exception because I was asked by people who read my blogs “so sir you have written a blog about happiness and you yourself are sad”!

Of course just writing blogs about various issues doesn’t make me a messiah, but it is an effort in spreading what is required at this moment.

We react in a stressful way for simple things and even to perform our daily chores including our jobs which we have taken up to build our careers and also take home some money.

Why do we enter that phase? Before I explain you that I want to tell you what real difficulty is.

Difficulty is what mother polar bear faces to raise her kids in a harsh environment as low has -75 degree Fahrenheit.

Difficulty is what an old man faces when his own sons do not want look at him and treat him like just a responsibility.

It is that unbearable pain a mother be it an animal or a human is ready to take when delivering a child.

There are less fortunate people in this world who are still waiting to eat three meals a day and drink water when they feel thirsty.

So that is difficulty, be blessed and happy that today you are so happy with all comforts to encircling you.

I have myself set a reminder, every time if I tell something is difficult without thinking, I and think of the above examples.

We should learn to stop blaming people, situations and meager reasons for not doing some task or not achieving what we wanted,  to be frank you and only you are reason for your success or failure!

We all will have candid difficulties which can be worked upon but some people can’t, our mission would be to help such people God almighty will be pleased  and you would develop a character and  attitude which is  valuable more than anything in this world.

Thanks for your valuable time have a great week ahead.

Hot springs

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing well.

He who angers you, conquers you.
-Elizabeth Kelly

That one thing we can correlate to ourselves was, is and will be nature. You can compare your smile to a bright and sunny day, dull days to an overcast, overwhelming happiness to plethora, great mettle to a rough ocean and so on.

Even though my previous blog was about anger, i decided to write this because this is a different type of anger which we all have experienced,

Why do we react the way we counter is one question is still in the top 10 research topics in the world.

When I say “why do we react the way we react” it is not the usual behavioral patterns which I am talking about. I am talking about some unexpected behavior people which you never in your wildest dreams imagined that you would get such a response.

The easiest instance would be you are so happy about your day; suddenly someone makes a comment which would make you feel such a grouch.

So why do we get worked up sometimes and just go out of control and seriously not know what we are doing.

Anger or the process of getting angry is actually a process which drains your calories have we realized that?  I can prove my point, just observe sometimes when you get angry and scream on someone you would get tired, because the brain though in the modern world works on basic fundamentals which are working on your mood.

For example if you’re scared it switches to defense mood and you feel powered in your legs so that you can run! When you are hungry you will feel more powerful in your arms as to kill some animal and eat which we were initially designed for.

So when you are furious, it switched to the hunt mood and the above mentioned process takes place each time you get livid.

I have observed many people who just angry without any provocation, that I feel is them feeling jealous on you, for the happiness you are which they are not able to enjoy and there sadistic attitude just pops out, there are actually numerous reasons.

There are many experiences where I have seen people randomly getting furious on me for no fault of mine. I just ignore such people, and again they cannot tolerate which their own weakness.

There are places where they teach you how to control your anger and stay calm , my take on that is, it is not required because controlling anger is a mind game and you are the best person who can control your brain no one else knows better than that.

I feel anger and sadness both are hot springs; it can burn you if you try to enjoy the soothing hot water.

Don’t lose your friends family  for that matter because of rage, the fact is it is seriously not worth that rage instead channel it into positive energy to do something productive.

Thanks for your time.

Animosity

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing well.

Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting other person to die!
-Gautama Buddha

The beauty of life is we never realize the suffering which happens to a fellow right next to you and will not realize it may happen to you the next day, because for the simple reason your ego won’t let you go, and always keeps you pumped up and you would be in a delusion, until one day the reality unveils.

Let’s talk about weaknesses today, all creatures on this earth have some weaknesses actually it is programmed like that otherwise the whole world would be a chaos is what I can imagine.

For instance if look at an ant it has an excellent signaling system which is regarded as the best communication in the world  through its antennas and pheromones, but still the ant is very weak, just a stamp from bigger creatures leg would kill it.

Similarly the elephant is a gigantic animal with great strength and ability but still we the humans from ages have tamed this animal and are using it in war and for work.

So the point here is every creature in this world has both a ability and a weakness, humans have emotions, our vocal skills and the power to think which we think is the highest form of evolution.

But definitely we do have our own weaknesses; I want to discuss about one such weakness today, which is anger.

We have been fuming with people and with ourselves from time to time let us understand what makes us feel agitated.

In our brain the temporal lobe, the frontal lobe and also the parietal lobe involves functions which help in language and deciding what to speak.

The frontal lobe has a function of shaping personality and mood, and this is the one which triggers anger or laughter.

Let us take a simple situation you are in a workplace trying to work and your colleague has logged in along with you are  busy with your work, after sometime a 3rd colleague logs in he is a chatterbox  and won’t stop blabbering  and start working, initially you like to talk only for some time, after that you continue working. But this person won’t stop and  he continues to speak.

That is the moment your frontal lobe starts getting annoyed and your mood will turn from green, to amber and finally red.

Why does this happen? Very simple it works on the newton’s third law of motion every action has an equal and opposite reaction, here the motion is of brain waves stress hormones, reached high-level to the incoming irrelevant information and produces nerve impulses and hormones which make you feel annoyed.

When you were working without disturbance you were concentrating on a single task, but then your peer started the process of distraction and you fell for it, initially enjoying it but later your concentration level on the job lowered and there is also a possibility you did not like something which he told.

Finally you ended up telling him to either mind his own business or stop talking both of you had a red faced day.

This is where annoyance management comes into picture, great saints like Vivekananda, Ramakrishna and Buddha were known to be as strong as a boulder to people who used to provoke them, and I think we need to keep such personalities as examples.

Anger is a dangerous emotion it blacks out your consciousness and you will not be aware of what you do if what you said at that time which may hurt some people you end up feeling a gripe for yourself and may be reacted in the same way when you are with your family for no fault of them. Always remember anger quickly spreads.

Let’s wash off all the anger from our body, keep calm always like it says in the series of keep calm cards.

When you see annoying people around the best thing is to switch of your mind towards them and concentrate on what you are doing.

Try to stay less emotional in life then you would see a more balanced part of yourself. Stop taking personal jokes too seriously and do not create personal grudge on anyone in any walk of your life because it does not take you anywhere.

Laughter is the best medicine is what I feel.

Thanks a lot for your time.
