Hatchway

Dear Readers,

I hope you all are doing fine and safe.

The remedy for weakness is not brooding about it but thinking about strength.

-Swami Vivekananda.

Finally, we see some dip in the corona Virus cases in India, and I think the Bell curve is flattening up, great we could achieve a billion doses of kudos to all the people involved in it.

Today want to discuss an all-important topic.

We all know what we mean by “door” it is a piece of furniture that protects a particular place from trespassing and helps maintain privacy.

On the contrary, doors are entry points to a new place that is ready to explore.

That was a material aspect of doors; let us think a little bit from a literary element.

I mentioned doors are gateways to explore new places.

Similarly, now, if we consider our life as a journey and in this journey, we enter many places, and each of these places has boundaries, gates and doors that we need to knock, open and finally go inside.

Each of those barriers or doors is the problem you face in life, and every time you open that door, you enter a new world which we can call the solution.

But it doesn’t end there; your new world will have other rooms locked, there you have the task to work upon to unlock those rooms again and explore!

So the cycle actually continues, you enter a world, you see things there, enjoy them, you suffer from them and move on, and again you move to a different world.

Many of you reading this would have played the game “Mario” by Nintendo, where he finally clears many worlds to meet his princess.

Doors matter in life, and as you grow old, the doors will be solid and hard to open, but you need to become strong and competent to open these doors and start exploring the world.

Unless we do not understand the root cause of our problems in life, we will always open new issues or not close our current ones!

It is just like carrying the wrong keys to open doors; either you are stuck or may enter the wrong place, by which I mean creating new problems for yourself!

Just keeping it simple for today, as I see many people are lost and thinking about things which don’t matter. These are times they need to think and work on resolving their issues and move on!

All the best, practice moving on in life.

It seriously helps. It has seriously helped me at times where I needed to! Let it be a job or a person. Once you understand the crux, you need to move on!

Get busy living or get busy dying!

-Andy Dufresne to Red Redding -The Shawshank redemption.

Thanks for your time, have a lovely weekend.

Skyrocket

Hello readers

Hope you are doing great today.

Self knowledge is the beginning  of the self- improvement
-Anonymous

This topic was in my mind for a long time, it's about scaling up.
What do I mean when I say scale up? It is just not skilled development for your professional life or you building body for your physical fitness and appearance.

This is something very different this is understanding yourself your environment and the all the people whom you interact with it.

Even today there are certain aspects of life we need to learn by ourselves, an example where to talk, how to talk, whom to talk, how to talk? Even though it is a million-dollar industry, it is just a curtain opener to all of us, but definitely, finally, only self-learning and experience pay off.

I would say other than the academcis and all that paraphernalia we ought to consider the above equally or more than essential because these are life skills.

You prepare a great profile and talk well, you crack an interview, and you get a desk to work, but what next after that? That is where all your non-academic skill or what is called the interpersonal skills come to picture.

Even though there is a paradigm shift in the Indian education system where just read your book and take loads of homework to home policy has come down, the teachers and the management have opened up to innovative learning methods. Still, there will be some gaps which need to fill.

That is where we need to scale up, you as a person needs to scale up, talk to people, network not just with your team try to network with unknown faces each day a new face, they might travel with you to office, but we never talk to them, outside work as well explore new places meet new people.

Facebook and all the other social networking platforms were made to connect people at first, in his own words Mark Zukerberg said and I quote "We made Facebook connect people without any boundaries, and we encourage people to use it only for this", but now there is no need to explain how people are using these websites.

Of course, Mr.Zukerberg is happy for obvious reasons, the best business model in the world I would say.

We all need to scale up, never be just satisfied with what you are today, try to scale up your skills each day and try to become better each day, I feel that will solve two problems that are feeling worried because you keep your mind occupied in improving yourself. Two, you will understand life like never before.

When I started writing, people told me it is not my cup of tea. They asked to stop due to typos and paragraph structures. Still, I tried to scale up, and yes, it's been a pleasant writing journey for me till now.

I realised persistence, determination and putting my mind on it has brought me till here, and please ignore all those grumpy faces who don't want to achieve anything in their life and also don't let others to even think.

So be done with the complaining, whining and sobbing apart and scale up like a rocket!

Thanks a lot for your time

Acumen

Hello Readers

How are you today?

There is something unique about this soil, despite many obstacles has always remained the abode of great souls.

-Sri Sardar Vallabhai Patel

Have you thought about this anytime?  That life would be so much easier if the people who matter to you understood all the things you do and be appreciative about it, at least the good part of it.

How many times in your life have you felt the listener does not understand your tone, your opinion or your vision, so what is the problem, where do you think that you could not join the dots.

Understanding in life is actually the key to almost all vaults, how can you obtain this master key? There are no key makers around you to just gift you that key, you need to be your own key maker.

What I mean by that you will not be treated the way you want to be addressed in all situations in life, sometimes you have to make the best out of the worst conditions, and strive hard to join the dots and make people understand your perspective and take your stand.

If you shy away from this situation and just be that regular naive guy, who just says yes to anyone and everyone around just to win their confidence or so-called maintain some illusion called as goodwill with them, I am sorry you are lost in an unreal world.

If you have an idea try to bring into action, talk to people around you work to make them understand the importance of your plan and make a difference.

Have we realised this world has grown intellectually until now only because of icebreakers, where someone opened up in a forum and told people what he felt about his idea and how it could changes the lives of people forever?

Imagine if that person blew his own trumpet about his idea and never made an attempt to actually making people understand his purpose in whatever manner he wants, he could again be a failure.

The key to success in whatever field you want to excel in understanding and communication, these two words can build castles and also break them if there are misunderstandings and misconceptions.

In this modern age of technology and communication systems, it is finally getting reduced to a bot world, in which I see mobile apps are suggesting replies to its users, who just approve that reply? So you finally are in a state where we are beginning to accept machines understand us better than we understanding conversations and responding to people!

Beware we are in a bot world where there are services tailored for you which are done by robotic programs in the course of time, our thinking too has lost all the humanity in it and is just working like a binary logic engine, please come out of it!

Start thinking, understand who you are, never follow a group try to lead it with your idea.

There is infighting going on within your try to find the answers for those questions and see how relieved you feel, last but not the least keep yourself healthy mentally and physically, love your family.

Thanks for your time.

Nucleus

Hello readers

How are you today?

We discovered the earth when we were traveling to the moon.
-Astronaut on board the first moon landing mission.

Understanding is the key for to succeed in the process, without us knowing what we are doing there is actually no meaning in life.

So in the vernacular education system which almost all of us have been through, there are considerable amounts of attention and technique which were given and used by our teachers to make us understand our subjects as well as the other values.

But as you know our brain is almost the most advanced natural computer available in this world, as this computer grows, by which I mean as we grow so does our brain, growth here means is not physical growth, I am talking about the psychological upgradation that happens simultaneously as we mature.

The spark!

Spontaneity defines a spark, a spark can make or break situations for instance when I say make a situation think of a spark plug which starts your vehicle. When I say break a situation think about a gas leak and a small spark in that room the result is just a big sad fire accident!

The above paragraph was just to bring the subject of sparks upfront because what I actually intend to discuss about is the mental spark. Well, actually it is not much of a complicated concept to understand.

So here is what I think is a mental spark, something which comes spontaneously to your mind in the correct situation which is useful, to that situation and maybe help you to solve the problem you are in.

One of the common mental sparks which light every day understands when you are in a conversation a pattern of sparks light up in the participant's minds which leads to arguments and agreements and maybe finally a solution.

The self-Spark.

This is a person realizing somethings which he has noticed each day but suddenly starts thinking deeply about something he realized, for example, there are some fantastic things that one always wonder about like the eternal question “ how the universe works “? I think that has always fascinated and me and there is appoint where science stops and cannot explain further and that is you known mystic force comes into picture, actually some days ago I was seeing a documentary on discovery science where scientists have come up with a breakthrough theory about how the electromagnetism has been an important constituent in forming of stars and planets.

Maybe the example becomes a little bit lengthy sorry, so that is the whole point, our minds ignite to certain stimuli and go into the thinking mood which will help us understand life better.

Before ending the blog I would like to say always be in the ignited mode understand each and every step of your life and reason it out why things happen the way they happen, it does not require you to become a student of any applied science or some great mind from Massachusetts or Carl Sagan institute you are born with it each one of us is! Indeed just you need to tap your capabilities.

The best use of the sparking is you will understand your life and why your sad if you are you will get an ability to chalk out a plan to how to resolve that and become more successful!

Thanks for your time until next week then Adios…
