Flash

Hello readers

I hope you all are doing well.

It's been quite some time since I wrote. I have been a little busy, but glad I could find the time to blog today.

Each day we pass, we become wise is an old proverb I used to hear from my teachers in school.

Do days shine?

Yes, they do; like people say, " this was such a dull day" similarly, there are days with a glow.

Shining days are one of the most brilliant experiences I have had in my life.

A shining day - my experience

It happened a few years ago in my career;

The day started dull, I missed the bus to work, so I had to wait another hour before I could get the next one and I reached work late.

It was a busy day in the office as we had many deliverables pending. Unfortunately, the absentees were also more than a typical day, so we had to do a multirole to finish the job.

With few people to support each other, we all worked as a team and could deliver all on time.

There was a surge of synergy evident, and we all sank at the moment.

I was delighted that I  got a boost of self-confidence and a check on my ability and how I handle stress.

On my way home, I chose public transport rather than office transport so that I could blog on my way back home it took two hours  to reach my place.

I got down at the bus stop, and started walking towards my home, on the way, ate some street food, and fed a few stray dogs.

Finally reached home late, only to see my dog jumping with joy to see me!

I realized a crux that day. I think it is all about how we look at life; days are the same. It depends on whether you want to make them shine; I  felt as if that day should not have ended.

The day was stressful with a little workforce to work; I missed my regular shuttle and reached the office late.

If you smile at life, it smiles back at you, there is a smile in all sorrows, and there is sorrow in all smiles, but what do we want to feel? It depends on what you choose.

I would say choose the smile, enjoy the situation, and that will be your first "Shining day."

Thanks for your time.

Have a great week ahead.

Earth Tremor

Hello Readers

Hope you all are doing well.

Behavior is the mirror in which everyone shows their true image.

-Johann Wolfgang Von Gothe - Poet

In my previous blog, I tried my best to get you some light on what is now called the "co-location" scam of one of the most enormous derivatives exchanges globally: the national stock exchange, India.

Received good feedback for that. A big thanks to my readers.

I thought about a new one today, away from all the current affairs and the nexus.

Earthquakes are destructive and disruptive, and the place when it happens, it takes time to become normal again.

Actually, this phenomenon of nature is giving out a message. A vital message to be precise.

We all go through this almost every day in our life.

The geographical earthquake is not the only type of quake in this world.

The common man fights a lot every day; we are constantly in agreements and disagreements with the folks we interact with.

These conversations stir up our minds again; it would take time to settle.

So there is this constant process in your mind and actions, which sometimes have unintended consequences on people you interact with.

Also, we have to be aware that we cannot start an argument with someone and hurt them and suddenly feel the world is normal and expect them to cope soon, it is a process, and it will take time to settle again.

Your actions always will have an impact, and it will take time to settle down; we shouldn't start an earthquake with anyone in this world; as Bruce lee Said, "Be water, my friend." we need to flow and not create barriers with people.

We have to be mindful, let us not shake matters up with people or behave in a way that has a long-term impact on your life and those around you.

 Keep it simple and smile!

Thanks for your time, have a lovely week ahead.

Snooze

Hello readers

I hope you are all safe and doing well.

There is no stopping when it's time, but until that time arrives, you have the time to prepare!

-Unknown

So many of us take help to get up each morning.

What is the simple and most accessible tool available? It's an alarm.

I have been a watches buff! since my childhood; I think it was in high school, I had a couple of friends who had once fancied a watch that had a radio in it, another one which had a GPS functionally and used to show the latitude and longitude.

I was blown away by seeing those gizmos! But fortunately, I am a 90s kid who has seen the world without mobiles or smart phones and PC games, and now I am living in an era in which they are at their peak!

Back to alarm clocks, the first American alarm clock was created in 1787 by Levi Hutchins in Concord, New Hampshire. However, this device he made only for himself, and it only rang at 4 AM to wake him for his job. The French inventor Antoine Redier was the first to patent an adjustable mechanical alarm clock in 1847.

After the advent of digital technology and solid-state electronics, digital alarms came into the picture.

Digital LCD watch manufactures competed with the multiple alarm modes and lap chronographs or stopwatches.

But the concept and logic behind the alarm clock are excellent; it has helped many in achieving their milestones!

Are you wondering how?

Just think, one of the ingredients  to achieve any goal in life is time management and deadlines, well there lies your answer, alarms do both the jobs for us.

What triggered me to write this one is a feeling of ah, seeing the advantages of the modern tech that helps you be on top of your things.

High-end digital watches, smartwatches, calendar reminders, you name it!

From outlook meeting reminders, birthday reminders on your smartphone calendars, until the smartphone alarm, or I am not sure if you still fancy keeping a wake-up call on your digital watch or a traditional alarm clock.

"Your times are ticking is what we hear all the time."

That statement has a deeper meaning. The time we have and the time we have wasted till today, the difference between these two numbers is the hours you have been both physically and mentally alive in the world! That is what I believe.

We all get constantly reminded by incidents and our past experiences, which should steer life faster in the direction in which we want to go.

Enjoy your life with all the zeal and energy, set reminders and alarms that will help you measure your success, and avoid using this button called "SNOOZEbecause when you do that, you end up procrastinating, which leads to moving all your goals ahead and delayed!

Time is the essence of life.

Thanks a lot for your precious time.

Have a great evening and week ahead.

My Brain and me.

Hello readers

Hope you all are fine and safe.

A hero is somebody who is selfless, who is generous in spirit, who just tries to give back as much as possible and help people. A hero to me is someone who saves people and who really deeply cares.

-Debi Mazar

What are you guys up to these days?

Lousing on office chairs for 8 odd hours, then some dinner, TV and sleep and a little bit of gym in the morning and the cycle continues.

Extended  lockdowns have had effects on our brain and our mental health for sure.

But still, it is incredible you can travel any nook and corner of this world in your brain, a great imagination tool!

That is the teleporting power of your human-computer.

I have a habit of writing a journal since I was in class seven.

Yup, heavy, I guess!

But it just started as a hobby and finally became a part of me.

I would not say it is a habit because my journal is like a person for me; when I write on those pages, I talk to him.

There are journal communities on the internet; it's pretty exciting for people like me.

That book does not know this word called 'false' because the pact is that you never lie to your journal.

“My Brain and me” is a behavioral study about the person(writers) who keeps a record of their life in a book.

Do you know where the culture of journal writing originated when sailors went on extensive voyages? They recorded almost everything they saw and experienced.

There is this word called 'self-policing '. You control what you do and what is good for you, basically maintaining an emotional balance and being composed during strange situations like the one we are in now.

So, the journal can become a friend, you can open to your truest form, and you become a judge of your life and work on improving your shortcomings.

Think about few scenarios about "you and your brain" and record it; that is how you start your writing journey.

A sincere thanks to all my readers who asked me if I was fine when they did not read see my blogs weekly. Just was a little held up.

Happy writing.

Let us handhold people who need help that is most needed.

Stay safe and happy, guys :)

Have a great day ahead.

If Steve Jobs could do it ,why shouldn't we try ?

Hello Readers

I hope you all are safe and doing well!

Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.

-Steve Jobs

The Woah! feeling swims around in our minds hearing these names; Apple INC, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Amazon! which is natural.

The sheer magnitude these companies have played in our lives, Apple for phones, amazon for everything! Google is the new information oxygen! Facebook is the new ozone of people! WhatsApp is now a basic need.

The world has changed forever due to these multi-billion-dollar firms.

I have always admired Steve Jobs for the person he was, and his future sighted thinking.

I have read the “Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson", a brilliant book, learnt a lot about the oracle of the modern smartphone.

A humble beginning in his father's garage with his friend Steve Wozniak another Brilliant American engineer.

Today these brilliant minds turned it around how people look and feel about a laptop and a phone.

Steve Jobs was a very stubborn, determined and his focus was laser guided.

He had to step down from the board of his own company yet started his own company NeXT INC and started a graphic studio called PIXAR, which is today one of the world's top animation studios, which Disney acquired.

Remember "finding memo", "Toy Story", the "cars" yup! that is the PIXAR I am talking about.

One fine day Jobs returned to Apple.

When I heard his Harvard university speech, I was stumped; he narrates how he stepped down from Apple's board and was disappointed.

Then he talks about how it allowed him to work on fonts and texts because he loved calligraphy and the result, the beautiful font types you see on your mac books today, which is, by the way, unique!

Mr. Steve Jobs, a spearheaded man, releases the iPhone in the year 2007.

I Feel that was the start of a paradigm in the phone industry when Windows mobile operating systems were at the peak of the touch phone industry.

Here comes a dummy-proof device with only a single button, and people loved it!

Today the iPhone is the most preferred phone by a person, according to a survey in Forbes magazine.

Some more people who made the world look at India and caused a boom in the IT industry and created great employment opportunity in India, Ratanji Tata, Narayana Murthy, Azeem Premji, Shiv Nadar.

What differentiates these entrepreneurs from us?

I would say nothing.

They got a better opportunity they were, living in the Silicon Valley or became part of later?

Fine, let us consider all those parameters: yes, they had the upper hand as US always has seen many pioneers due to appreciation towards entrepreneurs, compared to a so-called arrogantly branded "third world country" like India and maybe better-quality education and a support system, but there is something unlike in them.

courtesy google Images

So how could they succeed?

It was the determination, the rage to succeed which led them to what they are today.

Can we become like them?

Why not? Who is stopping you?

No one you are stopping yourself! Give it a try.

The sky is the limit! Stand alone. It is good, do something different.

All the best! Thanks for your time.

Please stay safe; wear a mask.

My deepest condolences to the souls who have left us in these challenging times.

Valuable Than Gold!

Hello Readers

I hope you all are doing well.

Sometimes I feel ants are a more mature society!

-Charles Darwin

Man is a social animal, is what we have heard; yes, I agree with that statement.

So how are we different? Yes, we have the power of communication with us, which we invented; for sure other animals communicate. Their communication methods and skills are way advanced than us in terms of the technology they use compared to humans.

But they use it only for the essential functions of their life and survival.

We use it not only for the essential survival purpose but also, we have used it as a medium to spread happiness, create great literary works and so on.

Okay, after a brief intro, let us begin today is read.

What do we understand by the word alignment?

If we look at the geometrical meaning, it says an arrangement of specific points in a particular direction that we call a straight line.

From a literature point of view, it is called "agreement."

The agreement let me set the premise first, here the context is at personal level, not a professional or any legal contracts.

We all have different circles in our lives, a family we call blood relations; then we have a tightly knitted friends circle, your work group and they  continue to expand.

Alignment and maturity go hand in hand; we grow each day, and along with our physical growth, there should be balanced mental growth as well.

Hey! got this pic on my balcony, group of ants helping an injured one!

The Symphony of Alignment.

We meet people as our lives progress, and when two people meet and figure out there thinking in sync, there starts their journey of alignment.

The exciting part is that you consider that person as your own, and this relationship becomes beyond anything for them.

They may consider them best of friends, maybe siblings, or become a couple if they fall in love with each other.

There is a great need in this world, or I would rather say a shortage of people to support each other, people who are our blood sometimes hurt us for no reasons, at that moment we need some shoulders to rest on feel a little bit comfortable.

We all must strive to be helpful at all times; we must be ready to lend an ear to anyone who comes to you seeking help; if we don't have even that patience, I think there is no point in being or called civilized.

Also, a humble appeal to elders, try to understand your kids rather than trashing them for no reasons; you know these are iffy times, we are not sure what they are going through, atleast if you do not want to help them, please do not hurt them.

For people who are in a clear understanding and agreement with atleast one friend, brother, sister, or partner, please continue the great partnership; take it from me. It is precious than gold!

Never think you are alone in this world because many people are there, who think they are alone!

-Unknown

Thanks for your time. Enjoy your evening.

The Beautiful Struggle: Pain in the Pursuit of Dreams

Hello Readers I hope you are fine today. It's good to be blogging after a while. I wrote about the pains and struggles, as well as what...
