Rejuvenate

Hello Readers

Hope you all are doing fine.

Freedom is not given. It’s taken.
-Sri Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Somewhere in the lush mangroves of India lived a small family surviving on farming and entertaining the tourists with their folk talents.

Years passed, and the storms of problems eclipsed this family started with the sad demise of the father, followed by a dreaded ailment which stood on the shoulders of the elder son, which stopped all the activities of the house which brought them what little money which kept them moving.

The son eventually went blind because of his sickness as it affected the brain.

He tried extending his arms to all his relatives for help and received as much as possible from them, but this was not sufficient to treat his diseases and to take care of his family.

Then he tried to contact his childhood friends and school mates who started to help him without expecting returns.

Years passed by, and fast-forwarding time to today, the elder son passed away in a terminal condition and was ever grateful to his friends who helped him even though there was no hope and also partially funded his sister’s education.

Well, there ends a small passage which is a true story; this is how a group of friends helped their dear friend and his family try to climb up the ladder of normalcy.

Now other people ask the people who helped the departed soul. What did you get by helping without any return or fruit for your efforts which includes not only monetary support but also emotional support?

The answer should be : Help is a religion by itself and what it preaches is divine and only happiness to those who need it.We always try to shy away from responsibilities which are capable and can be done by us.

If we try to change that in us, I am sure we will enjoy the joy of helping, there are som many hands out there looking out for your help.

Why don’t we the “blessed” try to help the people who are in real need of help instead of indulging useless petty and materialistic struggles in life?

Food for thought ain’t it?

All the help you do will come back to you in the form of goodness gratitude and the fondness towards you by those happy souls, that is the real reward of help.

Thanks for your time, good evening.

Reminder

Hello dear readers

Hope you all are doing fine.

Where duality ends, and reality begins, soul unveils its eternal cosmos, Is the state of Shiva consciousness
-Bibuthi

Wanted to talk about some common conversions that we have in our daily routines, for example, the weather, the food we eat, politics, Bollywood, our domestic problems and so on.

But I have always been thinking we are limited to a horizon of issues which we hardly try to cross upon.

The horizon is our problems which we see through the scope of burden and stress and keep worrying about it as the day passes by.

Do you know that now intellectuals have officially branded worrying as a disease?

What I feel is that there are no absolute solutions for all our problems, so what is the need to worry.

Try to be happy and cheerful and also try to keep the people around you and make them happy.

Try doing this for a week for sure you will feel more fresh and light.

There is another essential duty we must all strive for, try to give something back to this society, which has thought you the precious lessons of life by accepting you the way you are.

Be satisfied with what you are doing, try not let your thoughts inside you which is the leading cause for all your imbalances.

Stop comparing yourself with others, be happy with the subject you chose and gain knowledge, try to be joyful with the job you wanted and try to excel.

Remember there is one life only, make the most of it, go easy on yourself, whenever you feel low remind yourself.

Have a great weekend.

Thanks for your time.

Are you a leader?

Hello readers

Hope you all are doing well.

A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim is fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves!
-Lao Tzu

The world has always moved in the direction of leaders, the leaders of micro and macro worlds within this earth, so whom do you think are one of the best leaders of the world who lived and is living now, what according to you is the qualities a leader should have according to you? That’s later for you to pen your thoughts in the comment box.

They say leaders are born, not made. Well, I partially agree with this statement.

When I look back in the pages of Indian history, one incident that strikes me is, when Chankaya the great economist and scholar was humiliated in the court of the emperor Dananand, Chanakya swore he would train a person who will emerge as the best of leaders and dethrone him.

He cursed the king and decided to find the suitable replacement to the king, when he is passing out of the town he noticed a group of children were enacting a skit:

A boy named Chandra Guptha was the King, and his friends were acting as robbers, in the next scene, they portrayed a gang of robbers being caught when the robbers were bought to the king he ordered them the harshest punishment, that was death.

Seeing this entire scenario Chanakya decided that Chandra Guptha is the rightful person to lead the great kingdom of Magada and the right one to dethrone the arrogant king,  he succeeded in this attempt, and Chandra Guptha was one the greatest kings and successful leader.

So, I agree that there are some born leaders.

Coming back to modern times and this question which is very important from a small organisation to a Country, what kind of a leader is needed? And what are the qualities a leader should have?

Selflessness is a crucial quality, amongst others which I feel which matters the most for one to become a leader.

He should lead people in the direction which should assent the purpose or the cause for which he is a leader or was chosen to be.

In the renaissance and reformation which happened in this world across fields like, literature, art and scientific studies, leadership played a pivotal role, because the leader was one among many people who started to think in a new direction, and he also believed in that idea.

Even though some people were sceptical about it, eventually he made his people believe in his idea and finally, he implemented this change for good and now was accepted as a leader.

Going outright and putting a plan into action takes lot flesh and mind, even at the cost of being condemned by his own, the leader stands high and will follow what is best, which tells us about the next quality which is needed that is foreseeing the future and implementing changes.

A true leader is the one who helps his follower to choose the right path when he forgets his ethics and chooses crossroads.

Irrespective of what species in this world, each group needs a leader, and the success of the group depends on that trailblazer.

Do you know what that one quality is in a leader who makes them unique?

It is selflessness and the pleasure of seeing his group, army, or his team rising high above the horizon.

Now evaluate yourself and see where you stand as a leader and try to become a one and lead your people in a good path towards the horizon and help them achieve new heights.

Equality is to remain, unmoved within all circumstances.

Thanks for your time, have a great day.
